I am humbled to announce that I have accepted a new role as Head Ninja in Charge at Dingling Brothers Circus.

When I started here as a Baby Ninja three years ago, I didn't have a title. I had a dream. And a 2-liter. As a Gopher Ninja, I learned that leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about knowing when your ninjas need guidance—and when they just need somebody to make a Faygo run. I'm grateful to every ninja who believed in me, especially the ones who didn't. This next chapter isn't about me. It's about the fam. Whoop whoop. Agree?
